~Wisdom Wednesday ~
We are taught in scripture that when we ask, we shall receive — and that if we do not ask, how can we expect to be given? In matters of wisdom, God is especially clear. Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore, we are called to seek it earnestly, and in all our seeking, to gain understanding.
So today, I ask God for wisdom — not simply more things, but the insight to handle what I already have. Often, we do not need more blessings; we need discernment to steward well what God has already entrusted to us. Good stewardship honors God and shows our gratitude for His provision.
I can remember seasons when I had very little, yet God made it stretch farther than times when I had plenty. That is the power of His wisdom at work. When we align ourselves with Him, He opens doors, orders steps, and allows opportunities that only He can authorize.
The more I walk with God, the more I realize how limited my understanding truly is compared to His perfect plan. So today, I surrender my reasoning to Him. He is the author of my faith, the architect of my destiny, and the anchor of my soul.
Lord, grant me wisdom to walk wisely, steward faithfully, and trust You completely. 🙏🏽💜🌻🦋🫶🏾
